Your Crossfit Journey begins with a specialised one to one session with one of our amazing coaching team!

This fun packed hour allows you to meet our coaching team, get comfortable in our facility and most importantly have a go at some of the CrossFit movements.   The session is effectively a personal training session that teaches you how to move in a safe and efficient manner during class.

CROSSFIT IS FOR EVERYONE- YES THAT MEANS YOU!!!

We welcome everyone from those who have never exercised before to those who exercise regularly. Our dedicated coaching team will provide you with the support and guidance you need in your journey towards becoming a fitter, happier and healthier you!
